Thank you for choosing Waxflower Floristry! We strive to provide you with beautiful, fresh, and long-lasting floral arrangements. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

This policy outlines our approach to returns and refunds for our floral products.

​

Perishable Nature of Flowers: Please be aware that flowers are a perishable product,

and their lifespan is affected by various factors, including temperature, handling, and care.

Reporting Issues: If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us

within 12 hours of delivery or pickup. This allows us to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Return/Exchange Options:

​

  • Quality Issues:

    If your arrangement arrives damaged or is visibly of poor quality upon delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement arrangement of equal or greater value, or a full refund.

  • Not to our standards:

    If you are not happy with the arrangement for any reason, we will gladly offer a replacement or a store credit.

​

  • Substitutions:

    We reserve the right to substitute flowers of similar color, style, and value if necessary due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to maintain the overall look and feel of your chosen arrangement.

  • No Refunds for "Not Liking" the Arrangement:

    We cannot offer refunds or replacements solely based on personal preference or a change of heart. Designs though style and direction is welcomed, final designs are designers choice based on florals available in requested colour, style and price range.  WF designers are trained and certified in floral and event design.

       Please keep in mind that every florist is an artist who puts thought, effort and care into every arrangement.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Timeframe: Please note that returns or exchanges must be initiated within 12 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Contact Us: Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your arrangement.

  • No Returns After the Timeframe: We will not accept returns or exchanges if not flagged after the specified timeframe. Flowers are very sensitive to their environment and can change/react to too warm/ too cold of temperatures. Even short amounts of time in a vehicle in the cold winter or hot summer can drasitcally effect flowers. For this reason WF is not responsible for quality and lifespan of florals after they leave the studio when picked up, nor after delivery. 

 

 

Important Considerations:

  • Recipient Responsibility:

    It is the recipient's responsibility to properly care for the flowers, including providing adequate water, changing of water, giving stems a fresh cut regularly when changing water and following any additional specific care instructions provided with the arrangement.

  • No Refunds for Improper Care:

    We cannot offer refunds or replacements for arrangements that have deteriorated due to improper care on the part of the recipient.

  • Damages in Transit:

    We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit once the arrangement has left our shop or delivery vehicle.

  • Sale Items:

    All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be offered on sale items.
